Data deletion
Unified CRM is operated by SC Technology Limited, trading as Weezboo. This page explains how to delete data Unified CRM holds — including messages received from connected Meta (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger) and Google accounts. It is also the data-deletion instructions URL we provide to Meta and Google. The same options are summarized in our privacy policy.
Self-serve, in the app
- Disconnect a channel. In the workspace, go to Connectors → (the channel) → Disconnect. Ingestion stops and the channel's stored credentials (OAuth/access tokens, webhook and app secrets) are deleted immediately. For a Meta channel this also revokes our access to that WhatsApp number or Instagram/Facebook account.
- Delete a workspace. Deleting a workspace removes its conversations, contacts, message embeddings, notes, and all channel connections.
By request (including a single contact)
Email [email protected] from the account in question, or name the specific identity whose data you want removed — for a Meta channel, the WhatsApp number or the Instagram/Messenger handle/ID. We will delete the stored messages, contact record, and derived data for that identity and confirm completion within 30 days. This is also how an end customer who messaged a business using Unified CRM can request removal of their data.
Revoke access at the source
You can also revoke Unified CRM's access independently of us: Meta assets from your Meta Business settings (or the relevant app under Business Integrations), and Google from myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking stops further access; email us if you also want the already-stored data deleted.
